- Fever or chills: Symptomatic temperature limit: Greater than or equal to 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue, muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea
*Per CDC: Close proximity: within 6 feet for 15 minutes (15 minutes could mean, collectively, you have been exposed (i.e. within 6 feet) for 15 total minutes during your game or practice)
