  • June 5, 2015: Denver Curling is extremely happy and proud to announce that Quentin 'Q' Way, one of the top USA Ice Technicians will be joining our team as the Head Ice Technician. Quentin is a certified ice maker both in Canada and the USA and has been part of the USCA crew that produced world class ice at many national events. His previous experience includes 2 years in Fargo and 4 years in Bemidji as the head ice maker. In addition Q is an accomplished curler that has participated on several top successful USA competitive teams.  With the addition of an skilled ice maker, in addition to a top notch, state of the art facility and over 372 active and enthusiastc members, Denver is quickly becoming a curling center of excellence in North America. Q
     
  • May 6, 2015: Thank you to everyone that worked so hard and contributed many hours of volunteer time to make the first season at  the Denver Curling Center an overwhelming success.  In particular we would like to say congratulations to our award winners as voted by the members; Karen Bronson (Volunteer of the Year), Pam Finch (Best Promotes Denver Curling's Culture), Jen Nguyen (Most Welcoming to new Members), and Tom Davis (Sportman of the year).
