This is NOT a learn to curl session and is not appropriate for those that have not curled previously.  

Participants work through 4 skills stations with guidance of experienced USCA trained instructors.

Focus will be on;

• ABC's of Curling   (Alignment, Balance, Curl)
• Delivery Sequence and Rhythm,   4 step delivery
• Power Generation
• Sweeping
• Timing
