Registration Priority + schedule (READ THIS!)

No one has a guaranteed spot in any league.  Because we are a volunteer run organization you have the privilege of priority sign up for leagues you paid for last year.  This priority does not guarantee you a spot if you fail to sign up during phase 2 per the schedule.  Please mark your calendar and set an alarm now so you don't miss out. If you don't register for your current leagues during Phase 2, your spot will be up for grabs to curlers wanting to change or add leagues during phase 3. If your entire Tuesday night team does not register during Phase 2 your team may be cut from Tuesday night.

PHASE 1: Thursday July 23 - Sunday, August 2:  All members purchase 2026-27 Annual Membership

Returning and new members purchase their membership. Having an active membership ensures you get important information including registration information. It is simplest if everyone purchases their own membership vs, purchaing two at once.  This allows everyone to sign off on the required policies and waivers.  You must have an active 2026-27 membership to register for leagues.

Step 1 - Register as a member

Update your information, select your membership type and acknowledge our policies.

Your emergency information is very important in case you have an accident at the club.

Step 2 - Purchase for your membership

Make sure you complete Step 1 before purchasing your membership.  You must purchase a membership before you can register for leagues on Aug 4.

PHASE 2: Monday, Aug 3 (open at noon MT) - Thursday, Aug 6 (closing at 11p MT): Existing members may register for existing leagues

  • Existing members can sign up for up to 2 leagues they paid for during 2025-26

  • Tuesday competitive league counts as one of your 2 leagues. You must register and pay for Tuesday night during this window. Competitive Tuesday night teams with players who fail to register by August 6 may be cut from Tuesday night.

  • If you have over 50 volunteer hours you may sign up for a third league for which you paid during 2025-26

  • Being a fifth or subbing in a league does not grant you a priority for league registration

  • Phase 2 sign up will be via the Square Store accessible from the DCC website

PHASE 3: Monday, Aug 10 (open at noon MT) - Thursday Aug 13 (closing at 11p MT): Existing members may switch/add

  • Members with 50+ volunteer hours may add a 3rd league.

  • Switch/Add will be first come, first served as in the past.

  • There will be a link to a google sheet to indicate the leagues you want to add or switch into.

  • If switching be sure to indicate which league , if any, you would like to switch out of.

  • If your switch is unsuccessful due to lack of space in the league requested, you will not be removed from the league you are switching out of.
